2. Hosting

This website is operated via Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (EU entity: Cloudflare Portugal, Lda.). When you visit this website, Cloudflare automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of access). This data is processed to deliver the website, defend against attacks, and ensure reliable operation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technical provision and security of the website). Cloudflare retains log files for a maximum of 72 hours. 3. Fonts

This website uses the "Plus Jakarta Sans" font, hosted locally on our server. No connection to external servers is made when loading fonts.

4. Waitlist form

When you fill out the waitlist form, your information (first name, last name, email address, company) is processed for the purpose of contacting you and providing updates about PiroBI. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You grant consent by checking the checkbox in the form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect (email to office@dectria.com). Your data is stored until you request deletion or withdraw consent, but no longer than 24 months after registration.

Data collected through the form is transmitted to and stored by HubSpot, operated by HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA (EU entity: HubSpot Ireland Ltd., Dublin). HubSpot acts as a data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. For more information, see HubSpot's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

This website uses one cookie to store your cookie preferences (cc_cookie, strictly necessary, 6 months). In addition, the following cookies from HubSpot are only set with your explicit consent:

  • hubspotutk — Identifies returning visitors (13 months)
  • __hstc — Main tracking cookie for visitor tracking (13 months)
  • __hssc — Session tracking (30 minutes)
  • __hssrc — Detects new sessions (session)

Legal basis for strictly necessary cookies: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For marketing cookies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

6. Data transfer to third countries

Through the use of Cloudflare and HubSpot, personal data may be transferred to servers in the USA. Both providers are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR. Additionally, Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR have been concluded.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) — You may request the correction of inaccurate data.

  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) — You may request to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) — You may object to the processing of your data based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time.
